For a while now, I've been impressed with the way Maxlaam has grabbed the reigns of Moderator-dom. He has done a great job keeping the site up and running on track, coordinating important events and bringing up what needs attention in the community. Tyrant would be proud. Max gets my vote.

Why would Tyrant be proud of me for being staff? Haha. I'm not showing myself a lot on then forums but I'm often the first to respond to issues. I might start replying more in threads soon, get out of the comfy staff lounge and post on models a bit more.

Pkiknex25 has the most authority, from my perspective. All the other staff members are either really nice to me or have made decisions that I can and will never accept as staff behaviour.
Still wuv you all.

Once you become a staff member you can never view the forum the same way as before, there are a lot of things you can or can't do any more, as soon as you cross a line which people deem inappropriate we are frowned upon by the entire community, yet when another members spills those words it always a matter of forgive and forget. Then again, we all make mistakes, yet it's completely understandable people would frown upon us as we are supposed to be role-models, yet we can't always be so.
But really, browsing the forums for us isn't the same as for others, we have to keep track of a lot of things, contests, member issues, forum related problems, etc. Setting up a contest or a announcing the winner is incredibly time consuming, it's not something you do in half an hour, entries have to be reviewed, winners selected, rules and ideas typed out. Winter contest and Summer Heat are both incredibly time consuming contests where the preparations start about a month and a half before it actually goes live (that is if we aren't incredibly busy in our personal lives).
Stig has done an absolutely amazing job at keep track of the forums and always passes on issues others have missed. Keep up the good work brother!
As staff I'm not voting in this one, for the sake of most staff doing a great job albeit in the forums themselves or behind the scenes. Big shoutout to BGTKing and Jogumpie for doing absolutely an amazing job with the inner workings of the forums!
